ANNOTATIONS:
- soft drinks: refrescos, agua, gaseosa
- drinks: generalmente se refieren a bebidas alcóholicas
- mosque= mezquita (mosk) / phrase= oración [gramatical] (freis)

ANNOTATIONS
- En el pasado simple las formas verbales son iguales para todas las personas,
  EXCEPTO en el verbo to be que son was/ were dependiendo si son personas simples o plurales.
- around - about = aproximadamente, alrededor de (arraun- abut)
- maybe = quizás (meybi)/ memorable = memorable (memorbol)
- stuck on the ground = atrapado en el suelo (estak on the groun)

ANNOTATIONS
- Siempre se utiliza did - didn't en el pasado simple en las formas interrogativa y negativa
   Ej.; When did you go?  I didn't go to Donosti, I went to Bilbao

- Siempre se utiliza el infinitivo después de did - didn´t, NUNCA la forma del pasado simple
   Ej.: What book did you read?  I didn't read El Quijote, I readed Hamlet

- En Inglés se utiliza el pasado simple en español el pretérito indefinido y el preterito imperfecto
  Ej.: a que colegio fuiste? What school did you go?/
       Cuando llegó a casa, yo estaba en la cocina/ When he arrived at home, I was in the kitchen/
       Estaba en Paris cuando me llamaste I was in Paris when you called me

- No confundir el verbo BE con el verbo GO
   Ej: Fui feliz de niño I was happy as a child/ Ayer fui a Madrid I went to Madrid yesterday/
         Siempre fueron amables They were always kind/
         A donde fueron de vacaciones? Where did they go for their holidays

- El sonido de las vocales en estas formas irregulares es siempre igual (o:), la gh es muda.
       bought (bo:t)/ brought (bro;t)/ caught (ko;t)/ taught (to:t)/ thought (zdo:t)

- La vocal o se pronuncia de la misma manera en estas formas irregulares (ou), la e final es muda.
      broke (brouk)/ chose (chousz)/ drove (drouv)/ spoke (spouk)/ wrote (rout)
